Ed. Secretary Arne Duncan praises Hawaii
Hawaii’s public schools can be a model for the nation, according to U.S. Secretary of Education Arne Duncan, who visited two Oahu schools on March 31. Duncan, Gov. Neil Abercrombie and Supt.
