School Food Services Branch (SFSB) provides healthy and nutritious meals for all students and customers. This includes:
- Grains with more than 50% whole grain ingredients
- Several daily options of fruits & vegetables, including 100% fruit and vegetable juice
- Lean protein choices
- Increased fiber from whole grain products & legumes
- Reduced-sodium foods
- Low-fat and fat-free dairy options such as low-fat & fat-free milk
