Homes for Superheroes

10-Feb-2020

Homes for Superheroes is a new initiative aimed at providing exclusive housing opportunities for our teachers and their families. Along with Hawaii’s police and firefighters, teachers and their families will be able to lease military housing, usually only available to active-duty service members.

Homes for Superheroes is another component of our multi-pronged approach to teacher retention & recruitment.

The program is a product of the Joint Venture Education Forum, a cooperative partnership that provides the opportunity for our public school teachers to lease military housing, usually only available to active-duty service members.

The homes feature all-inclusive rent which covers basic utilities, water, trash/recycle pick-up, and more. The community is pet-friendly, with 24-hour emergency maintenance, parks, playgrounds and a variety of other amenities.

Individual tours are available. For more information, visit www.islandpalmcommunities.com, or contact Teresa Brown at (808) 275-3712, or tbrown@ipchawaii.com

*When applying: use code HERO19, or mention the Homes for Heroes HI incentive, to get up to $1,000 off your first month's rent.
