‘Aiea Elementary is an oasis in its mostly urban environment – with a large campus that is used almost every day after school and on the weekends by community groups.

The community includes businesses, shopping centers, Aloha Stadium and Pearl Harbor. The school services a diverse multicultural student population and many of the students come from families migrating from the Pacific Basin, thereby increasing the enrollment of English language learners. Students at ‘Aiea Elementary have access to one computer lab and technology in every classroom.
