Aliamanu Middle

About this school

Aliamanu Middle's philosophy focuses on meeting the needs of young adolescent learners by offering a safe and nurturing environment.

Students are placed in learning teams that integrate curriculum across the content areas. We are aligned with the national common core standards to prepare our students to be college ready. Literacy is dominant as a common school culture across the core curriculum.

Supplemental differentiated programs that put emphasis on comprehension, vocabulary and writing proficiency are also made accessible to all students. In addition, we align with Radford High and teach a common Advanced Via Individual Determination note taking method across the curriculum.
