About this school
Holomua Elementary has a strong commitment to provide a positive climate for learning in which all students can reach their fullest potential in academics, attitudes, health and the arts.
Technology continues to be an integral part of the curriculum, evidenced by a lab housing 30 computers, classrooms equipped with computers and two mobile labs consisting of 25 computers on a local area network.
Holomua Elementary continues to build parent/community partnerships through a number of activities such as Ohana Fair and a number of parent workshops. The school also has positive partnerships with various community businesses and the USS Crommelin. A School Community Council ensures that all stakeholders, including community members, have input in the school's improvement efforts.
Holomua is a multitrack school and runs on a special calendar.
