Holualoa Elementary

About this school

Holualoa Elementary is committed to building relationships with parents and the community.

The school uses research-based reading strategies supported with a strong accelerated reading program in all grades. A variety of math instructional resources are used to teach students to think and read like mathematicians.

Art also plays a strong role at Holualoa School. Through a partnership with the Holualoa Foundation for arts and culture and the Donkey Mill art center, professional artists work directly with students in the classroom.

Through the actions outlined and detailed in the annual academic and financial plan, the school sets clear, measurable targets that are ambitious and challenging.
