About this school
Honoka'a High and Intermediate is committed to providing a rigorous and comprehensive curriculum, with college preparatory, advanced placement, career technical education, English language learner and special education courses.
Although a relatively small school, it continues to provide a variety of electives and programs such as robotics, art, health pathway, construction, automotives, physical education, running start, jazz band & ensemble, digital media technology, video productions, Advancement Via Individual Determination and foreign language.
Honoka'a High and Intermediate has developed five main focus areas for school improvement, which are:
