Keoneula Elementary

About this school

Keoneula Elementary has implemented the Advancement Via Individual Determination program for grades 4 and 5. Achieve 3000, an online language arts program, is used for grades 3, 4 and 5.

The school is teaching the Common Core State Standards to prepare students for success in college and careers. Parent workshops are held quarterly to discuss language arts, science, mathematics, and safety and welfare.

Keoneula has launched an Outdoor Learning Center with a native Hawaiian garden, pipeline worm bin and aquaponics system to support STEM activities and lessons. You can follow along on the KES Outdoor Learning Center blog.
