About this school
Kohala Middle provides a solid academic program and a variety of extracurricular activities during and after school.
Students have access to tutorial assistance, online learning, community mentoring partnerships, Advancement Via Individual Determination (an elective that prepares students for college), and a host of activities that support the arts, agriculture, science and physical activity. Teachers are committed to offering a comprehensive standards-based curriculum focused on the needs of all students.
The School Community Council meets monthly and is involved in school initiatives.
