About this school
Manoa Elementary strives to develop students who will be confident, lifelong learners and successful citizens in a democratic society. Students have access to several enrichment programs such as gifted and talented, student government, library club, and a friendship exchange with Otemon Gakuin in Osaka, Japan.
The school enjoys community partnerships with Manoa District Park, Manoa Waioli Lions, Lyon Arboretum and Malama O Manoa. Manoa Elementary encourages each child to discover the rigors, relevance and gratification of learning through active participation. The school believes that:

Manoa Elementary makes every effort to keep a balanced curriculum offering a wide range of opportunities such as language arts, math, social studies, science, music, physical education and health, japanese, art, technology and Hawaiiana.
