About this school
In addition to core subjects and electives, Moloka'i High offers Hawaiian language immersion, English as a second language, advanced placement, gifted and talented, honors, alternative learning center and special education programs.
The school also reestablished its agriculture program and the Future Farmers of America, allowing students to enjoy hands-on experiences in commercial, terrace, permaculture, hydroponic and aquaponic farming. Extra-curricular activities provide opportunities for participation in 24 varsity interscholastic athletic teams as well as several clubs. There are four other career pathway programs of study: arts and communication, business, industrial and engineering technology, and health services.
