​​​About this school

At Waimea Canyon Middle, teachers in math and language arts analyze student data to adjust instruction and impact student learning. Meanwhile, prin​​cipals in the West Complex collaborate to create a seamless K-12 comprehensive continuum in curriculum, instruction and assessment to prepare our students for college and careers.

Students develop their creative talents through arts and music, and regularly win awards in numerous competitions, including robotics, science fair, and athletics.

The School Community Council meets monthly to address school improvement topics while the Parent Teacher Student Organization has become instrumental in assisting student learning through funding.
