About this school
Wheeler Middle's faculty and staff are dedicated to meeting the diverse needs of adolescent students through the implementation of standards-based lessons. The school provides comprehensive student supports, professional development for teachers, and enjoys partnerships with the military and community.
Wheeler Middle strives to seek ways to address the intellectual, social, physical, emotional, moral and ethical needs of students by providing a safe and nurturing environment, parent and community involvement, a variety of instructional strategies and interdisciplinary teaming. Students have advisory periods, exploratory programs and cocurricular programs.
