IDEA Section 618 Data

In accordance with the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), as amended in 2004, the Office of Special Education Programs (OSEP) requires public reporting of all data submitted under Section 618. These reports are used to ensure implementation of programs designed to improve results for children and youth with disabilities.

Notice of Public Comment: Annual State Application under Part B of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA)

In accordance with the provisions of the General Education Provisions Act, the Hawaii State Department of Education’s (Department) application for Federal Fiscal Year 2024 funds under Part B of the IDEA will be available for review from March 8, 2024, through May 8, 2024, on the following website:
