STUDENT SUCCESS INDICATOR

Career & Technical Education Concentrators: Percentage of 12th graders who complete a CTE Program of Study.

Rationale: CTE provides opportunities to learn and apply academic and technical skills and knowledge within a career pathway. "Bright Spot" schools include Waipahu High and Kapa‘a High for their wall-to-wall academy model based on CTE pathways.

CTE is one component of a broader effort known as Connect to Careers (C2C), industry-led coalition for Hawai‘i's economic future to collaboratively prepare students for success in high-skill, in-demand careers at both state and regional levels. Learn more.
