Schools impress at Olelo Youth XChange video competition

The 11th Annual 2014 Youth Xchange Student Video Competition, hosted by ‘Ōlelo Community Media, garnered more than 800 student entries from schools across the Islands. Winners were announced in categories including Animation, Public Service Announcement, News, Mini-Documentary, Short, and Expert.


Congratulations to all the winners, including top-place distinction for Wai‘anae Intermediate ("Raquel's World") and Wai‘anae High School's Searider Productions ("Think College 101") — view their winning entry above. Congratulations also to the DOE Spirit Award winners for most entries: Moanalua High (70 entries) and Maui Waena Middle (43 entries).
