Repainting Farrington High

More than 50 volunteers from First Insurance Co. of Hawaii, the Hawaii Ski Club and the community helped paint part of Farrington High this weekend.

The school's signature maroon has faded in many places to pink. Principal Al Carganilla is connecting with volunteers to repaint the school in phases.

The Department's facilities office provided paint and supplies. Everyone worked hard and felt good about helping — even asking when the next painting would be done! (Principal Carganilla will be in touch.)
