HIDOE teachers, students and families, your voice matters! Help the Department and your school better support you by sharing your experiences with summer learning.

Summer Learning Survey - HIDOE Teachers

(Summer program teachers who did not receive an email from Panorama Education may use this link)

Summer Learning Survey - HIDOE Secondary Students

(Middle and high school students in grades 6-12 that engaged in HIDOE summer learning programs)

Summer Learning Survey - HIDOE Families

(Parents and guardians of any student that has engaged in a HIDOE summer learning program)

To learn more about the experiences and needs related to summer learning across the state, the Department is seeking feedback from teachers, students and families that have engaged in this year’s HIDOE summer learning programs. This feedback is essential as we continue plans for the new school year.

Teachers, secondary students (middle and high schools grades 6-12), and parents and guardians of any student that engaged in a HIDOE summer learning program are invited to complete an online survey now until July 24, 2020.

All surveys are completely confidential -- no one at the school, complex area or state office will be able to connect responses back to the individuals.

Survey questions can be viewed here: teacherssecondary students and families.
