The Hawai‘i State Department of Education (HIDOE) has designed a data dashboard to visually track, analyze and display key Board-approved, COVID-related performance indicators.
The dashboard includes data on more than a dozen metrics, including areas ranging from quarterly student grades and attendance to learning modes and student access to devices at three levels — statewide, by complex area and by school. The Board at its Oct. 15, 2020, meeting approved the metrics to monitor and evaluate the Department’s plans for reopening schools during the 2020-21 school year.
This information is pertinent to the ongoing monitoring and evaluation of the Department's reopening plans. Updated data will be published according to an established timeline. The timeline below includes milestones for processing and publishing results on the HIDOE website.
